Valentine’s Day © 2010
Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed © 1969
White Chicks © 2004
Comments: I don’t know what is up with this, but I have been obsessed with seeing this movie again, ever since I alphabetized ALL my DVDs (once and for all) and realized I didn’t already own it. I remember when it came out, I was like “Harumph! Another stupid movie from The Wayans.” Then curiosity got the best of me and I rented it…and liked it. I don’t KNOW why! I just do. It’s total mindless fun and it’s what I’ve been craving for weeks. So, I go to find it, assuming it’s super cheap and readily available used, considering it was one of those titles we couldn’t GIVE away, when I worked at the video store. Six stores later…I can’t find it ANYWHERE. I’m even contemplating paying $12 for a new copy at BLOCKBUSTER. That’s how obsessed I am. LOL! Then, as luck would have it, just as I’m about to give in, against my better judgement, and pay full price for it…I find it USED (cheap) at Half Price Books. Nice. Guilty pleasure meltdown averted.
The Last Starfighter © 1984
Comments: One of the ‘5 for $20.’ I never saw this movie when I was growing up. It was one of those movies that just kinda melted into other movies I deemed similar (which I also never saw): Enemy Mine, Starman, Flight of the Navigator, Krull, etc.

I popped this in, anticipating some 80’s memories, but only got 20 minutes into it before I was cringing at just how 80’s it was. Oh boy. I never realized how much eighties movies loved their underdogs. That coupled with the whole ‘hip’ senior citizens (complete with Walkman), the rallying around said underdog, the token ‘cute’ kid, etc. Wow. I’ll have to try again later. I’m sure it’s a lot of fun, but I just wasn’t in the right frame of mind to enjoy it right now.
Unwrapped © 2002
Comments: Found this packaged with ‘Ace of Cakes‘ (which I could give two shits about), so I sold ‘Ace‘ and pretty much made back the money I paid for both ($12 at Target). I LOVE Unwrapped…but detest Marc Summers. Ab-so-lutely hate him with a passion. I just want to punch him in the face whenever I see him. Dunno why. Just do.
The Clown at Midnight © 1999
Triangle © 2009
Comments: Haven’t watched this one yet, but the trailer looked creepy. I enjoyed the director’s previous work, Creep, so this holds promise.
Trauma © 1993
A Little Princess © 1995
Comments: One of the ‘5 for $20’ special. I’ve never seen this movie, but ever since I saw snippets of it on YouTube, I’ve been intrigued. If nothing else, it looks like a visually beautiful movie.
That 70’s Show: Season 3 © 2000
That 70’s Show: Season 4 © 2001
That 70’s Show: Season 5 © 2002
Theatre of Death © 1967
Star Trek © 2009
Comments: This was one of the ‘5 for $20’ movies that I got with my store credit (when I traded in some CDs and unwanted DVDs). I got this one because, like the other 4 movies I chose, it was actually unopened, so it still contained the code for the digital copy! NICE!
Bugs Bunny’s Howl-Oween Special © 1978
Evil Laugh © 1988
Comments: Surprisingly buff bods abound in this VERY 80’s slasher.
